The EDM is one of the most accurate (+/- 0.0001”) manufacturing processes available, which is often used to cut extremely hard metals and parts with intricate shapes, internal corners, tapers and complex angles.
Hi-Tech can Wire EDM conductive metals ranging from Aluminum to Carbide. Our services include prototypes and small batches or production runs.
